What You'll Learn:
As a Polarity Therapy Practitioner you will work with the magnetics of the energy system, deep listening skills, and your intuition to offer an energetic somatic-emotional session for your clients.
Participants will learn a solid Polarity Therapy Protocol for a full Polarity Therapy Session.
Polarity Therapists are trained in facets of creating a safe and sacred space, while supporting energetic shifts in their client’s healing journey. This can compliment any other modality you may already do, or a stand alone offering.
With two decades of experience as a Polarity Practitioner, I apply these principles in all aspects of my life. Understanding the technical facets of energy helps me with personal resources and enables me to hold a transformational space for others.

Polarity Therapy is a clothed bodywork modality that focuses on the energetic nature of different places in the body, how emotions are held and forms of touch to support movement.
In this introduction class we will work with listening to the energy body, work with a varieties of touch and follow the energetic thread guiding us, as we listen to the body. This class offers a new bodywork skill and deeper intuitive development while listening to energy.
