I’m Aubrey Shoham: Licensed Massage Therapist, Energetic Bodyworker, Yoga Teacher, and multi-certified Birth Professional.
My work is aimed at facilitating meaningful change in people’s lives through connection with their mind, body, emotions and nervous system.

After receiving my Holistic Health Degree from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona, in 2009, I dedicated my work around supporting women through the transformative journey of motherhood.
As a Doula and Birth Educator, I’ve seen that major life events share common themes, metaphorical moments through what’s known as the “Hero’s Journey.”
Themes like stepping into the unknown, navigating discomfort, facing fears, learning, and ultimately reconnecting with the world in a new way.
I integrate this framework into my ability to support to anyone in transformative spaces.
