The Fall Equinox | Triple Goddess Tent Event

Sunday, September 20th at 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

This Goddess Tent Event will be a nourishing and experiential day-retreat. A gathering for the Fall Equinox as the sunlight and nighttime are equal, tuning into where balance is desired as we plan for colder days. We'll explore the many ways we can meet the season through the body, through ritual, through sound, and through our own inner knowing.

The Fall Equinox Triple Goddess Tent Event brings together three distinct facilitators and three different invitations into the season. You'll have the opportunity to learn, experience, reflect, move, connect, and simply enjoy.

Goddess Tent Events are Co-Creative Day Retreats for Women by Women in the Holistic Arts Community.

Each gathering has a changing container where facilitators and offerings cycle with various themes around the rhythms of the Wheel of the Year.

A one-day, intentionally crafted gathering centered on embodiment, shared space and learning. Women are invited to arrive as peers, grounded in their own knowing, unedited and alongside each other.

This space welcomes many ways of sensing, believing, and relating without hierarchy or performance. What you know in your body is valued here.

The Season Within: A Fall Equinox Experience of Inner Seasons, Ritual & Self-Connection.

As the outer world turns toward fall, what season is unfolding within you?

The Season Within is a guided Fall Equinox experience exploring the inner seasons we move through in our own lives. Through reflection, embodied awareness, intuitive practices, connection, and ritual, participants will discover their current inner season and explore what they are ready to harvest, release, return to, and intentionally tend.

The experience culminates in a botanical ritual where each participant creates a personal Season Keeper to carry home as a reminder to honor where they are, trust the turning, and continue listening to themselves as their season changes.

Fall Equinox Sound Healing: Song, Drum & Dance Circle

A soulful community experience using music, rhythm, movement and voice to honor the Fall Equinox.

Through guided singing, drumming, and gentle movement, we will explore the essence of sound healing, connection and collective expression in an inclusive and welcoming space.

No musical experience needed, just a willingness to participate, connect, and move with the energy of the season.

Together, we’ll use music as our medicine through voice, rhythm, and connection.

1:45 PM to 3:00 PM

Katie Lorraine is a singer, pianist, and facilitator devoted to creating spaces where music and personal transformation meet. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education and a Master’s in Adult Education and Training, along with certification in Transformational Life Coaching.

For over a decade, Katie has served as a Music Director in interfaith communities across the valley, leading congregational singing, choirs, bands, drum circles, and family-centered arts experiences. Her work blends music, movement, and connection to support authentic expression and collective healing.

She is currently developing Be. Hear., a collection of offerings including song circles, coaching, musical events, and community experiences that invite people to reconnect with their inner voice and shared human rhythm.

Katie believes music is our birthright and is passionate about helping others rediscover the power of their voice in community

Aubrey Shoham | Goddess Tent Hostess

“I created the Goddess Tent Events to offer space for women to connect with themselves, each other, and the rhythms of the year. Also to highlight the abundance of talented women who’re local wellness professionals, artists, and teachers. I believe that when we gather in co-creation rather than competition, something bigger becomes possible for us all.”
