A mindful, grounded Vinyasa flow designed to meet you where you are. Move with intention, explore personalized alignment, and deepen your interoceptive awareness. This class supports steady strength building and helps you bring mindful movement into the rest of your life. Come in knowing you'll receive alignment cues, gentle transitions, spacious sequencing. All levels welcome, especially those who want a thoughtful, unhurried practice.

Gentle Yin
Thursdays 9:00am to 10:15am
Slow, nourishing, and deeply restorative. This class uses long holds and mindful breathing to gently open connective tissue, soothe the nervous system, and support physical and emotional regulation. This yoga is beginner friendly, as many seasoned practitioners enjoy yin's deep relaxation, nervous system support and gentle complement to more active practices. Bring Cozy layers and a willingness to explore your inner self.

emPOWERed Flow
Saturdays 9:00am to 10:15am
A rhythmic Vinyasa class designed to build strength, stamina, and confidence. Move with breath and intention through invigorating sequences that meet you with challenge and support. For Anyone ready to energize their body and expand presence in motion. This class welcomes beginners and will support everyone where they are at. Come knowing you will receive alignment cues and that transitions are faster, vinyasa sequencing is sprinkled throughout to support a cardio focused practice.

Dance Party Activation
January 11th, 9am to 10:15am
A monthly energetic activation dance party! This is designed to offer a space for fun morning dancing on select Sundays. Music is selected from eclectic bangers that inspire movement. People are asked to stay in their own experience and allow others to do the same. Friends may share words and dance together, while staying mindful of others who are there for personal time. Tea, instant coffee and munchies will be available, come to spend time alone or connect with others.
