Archetypal Listening: Nervous System Communication Skills
Learn to recognize your inner patterns as they happen, so you can respond with greater clarity, regulation, and self-trust.
Archetypal Listening is an experiential practice that combines nervous system awareness, archetypal psychology, communication skills, and embodied reflection to help you better understand yourself in real time.
Rather than analyzing yourself after the fact, this work teaches you to notice your thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and inner dialogue as they're unfolding. Through this practice, you begin to recognize the deeper patterns shaping your reactions, relationships, and decisions.
Archetypes become a shared language for understanding these patterns. Instead of seeing yourself as "anxious," "too emotional," or "bad at boundaries," you'll learn to recognize the different parts of yourself that become active in different situations—the Inner Child longing for safety, the Advocate finding its voice, the Hero meeting challenge, the Saboteur resisting change, or the Observer witnessing it all with compassion.
The goal isn't to eliminate these parts of yourself. It's to build a relationship with them so they become sources of wisdom rather than unconscious reactions.
Throughout the five weeks we'll explore how our nervous systems respond to stress, conflict, uncertainty, and connection. You'll learn practical tools for recognizing activation, regulating your responses, reframing limiting narratives, and strengthening your ability to communicate from a grounded place rather than from survival.
This work draws from archetypal psychology, nervous system education, mindfulness, energy awareness, and years of facilitating conversations around emotional regulation and personal sovereignty.

Who this class is for
This class is designed for people who want to better understand themselves and how they relate to others.
It's especially valuable for bodyworkers, coaches, facilitators, therapists, yoga teachers, birth workers, and anyone who regularly holds space for others, as well as individuals simply wanting greater emotional awareness and self-trust.
No prior experience with archetypes or psychology is required.
The Outcome
By the end of this course, you'll have a practical framework for recognizing your internal patterns with more clarity and compassion. Rather than feeling controlled by old narratives or automatic reactions, you'll leave with tools to pause, observe, regulate, and respond from a place that feels more aligned with who you want to be.
This isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about becoming more conscious of the many parts of yourself and anchoring strength in how you lead.
