This is designed to offer a space for fun morning dancing one Sunday a month. Music is selected from eclectic bangers that inspire movement.
Participants are in their own experience or dance together, while staying mindful of others who are there for personal time.
Tea, instant coffee and munchies will be available, come to spend time alone or connect with others.
